Sessions are typically held weekly, although fortnightly appointments may be possible depending on availability.

NOTE:
I am licensed to practise as a counsellor in the UK and also offer mentoring and coaching services. For clients based outside the UK, mentoring and coaching are available, but counselling is not provided due to licensing restrictions.
Cancellation policy:
I request 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session or no-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur a fee of £60.
